Apartment K-02: Minimalist Design by Valentirov&Partners
Designed in 2024, the Apartment K-02 by Valentirov&Partners in Dnipro, Ukraine, features a minimalist design with integrated smart home technologies. This modern interior solution for a three-person family showcases distinct day and night areas, focusing on functionality and simplicity.
About Apartment K-02
The modern apartment interior in the “Mozart” residential complex, Dnipro, Ukraine.
Designed for a family of three with a teenage child.
The space of the apartment was divided into a day area (kitchen/living area) and a private bedroom area.
Design concept: creation of a functional, rather ascetic space, light in color. The apartment has a rather complex climate system: ducted air conditioning, supply-exhaust ventilation with air humidification module. Ducts and equipment are mounted in the structure of the suspended ceiling. Climate control, lighting scenarios, solar protection elements are combined into a single “smart home” system based on the knx protocol. Such management is provided through a specially created application for the project in the mobile devices of the owners and through the use of Jung F40 room controllers.
In the project used: Polform, B&B Italia, Zanotta, Flexform, Gervasoni furniture; lighting by Flos, Delta Light; tiles by Ariostea, Mirage; sanitary by Duravit, Dornbracht, Hansgrohe, Antonio Lupi, towel dryers Antrax. The kitchen and all cabinet furniture are made in Ukraine according to our sketches.
