Casa Infinity is a project developed on one of the most famous beaches of Guanacaste Province, Costa Rica. The design, led by K10 Studio was completed in 2021. With a clear intention towards spaces that merges both the interior and exterior, the house centers around an infinity pool, integrating social areas with high-end minimalist finishes that evoke a sense of comfort, breathing spaces, and self-exploration.

Located in Montuïri, Spain, Casa Periscopio is a house designed by Luis Arredondo in 2024. The project was defined by the poor condition of the existing building, the low value of the plot, and the desire for views behind the neighbouring walls, emphasising light and vertical expansion as main concepts.

In Lisbon, [i]da arquitectos designed Casa do Poço, a house that retains original architectural elements from its 1940s context and emphasises constructive contradictions. Cortina 145 is a restyling project of an apartment located in a luxury residential neighborhood of the Italian capital. Designed by Primo Atelier, this inspiring transformation revitalizes opulent living quarters, showcasing a neutral color palette, spacious rooms, and custom furnishings that reflect the highest level of Italian interior design excellence.

The project reflects modern elegance while incorporating plush materials, bespoke pieces and iconic elements of Italian design, all while emphasizing sophistication and comfort.

Perched above the captivating “White City” of Ostuni, Villa Solea rises from age-old olive orchards. Crafted by StudioToff, this 180 m² marvel features three interlaced cube shapes finished in smooth lime wash. The building gracefully descends the slope, forming inviting balconies at every elevation. Panoramic windows stretch from floor to ceiling, providing breathtaking perspectives of the Adriatic coastline and effortlessly merging indoor and outdoor environments.

This apartment in Genoa, Italy, designed by llabb, has a colorful, contemporary interior. The layout was modified to create a spacious living area that opens views to the port, while exposed beams tell the story of the district’s industrial past. Working with local brand Mobilia, the design incorporates a mix of furniture and artworks, combining bold colors and iconic pieces from the 1950s to present day.

Originally established in 1903 as a McMurties Shoe Factory, this 2023 Sydney apartment design by Studio Noakes retained its industrial heritage with high ceilings and hardwood beams. The design preserves the historical attributes while incorporating bespoke furniture and an eclectic selection of materials. A vibrant fusion of color and textured spaces provides a striking backdrop to showcase the client’s dynamic art collection, highlighting the creative spirit of Redfern, Australia.

Perched on a dramatic promontory above the cliffs of Azóia, the AIP Azóia Villa house in Portugal features a design by João Tiago Aguiar, arquitectos. The project is grounded in the idea of a “non-assertive architecture”, where each gesture seeks the essential: matter, light, and the relationship to place. An architecture that is silent yet rigorous—one that steps back to reveal the sea, the sky, and the cliff.
