NordiC Desert is an apartment completed in 2025 by Dalit Lilienthal Interior Design Studio in Tel Aviv, Israel. The design merges Nordic and desert styles, using natural materials and a breathable colour palette to create a clean and modern home. This transformation of the residence optimised its space, achieving comfort and functionality.
In the Hudson River Valley of upstate New York, the Hudson Valley Retreat is a house designed in 2023 by Lake Flato Architects. Perched on the edge of a restored native meadow and an Oak-Hickory forest, this tranquil weekend house fosters a strong connection with nature, forming a backdrop for resplendent views of the foreground and Catskills mountains, encouraging visitors to unwind and immerse themselves in the surrounding landscape.
Located in La Calera, Colombia, Casa Páramo was designed by PAE and embodies a vernacular design style. The house is situated in the Chingaza moorland area of the eastern mountain range of the Colombian Andes, at over 2,900 meters above sea level.

Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and dry stone walls, Villa Monti reflects a balanced integration with nature and the region’s deep-rooted traditions.
Casa Ankh, located in Bragança Paulista, Brazil, was designed by TAU Arquitetos. The house was conceived as a sensitive response to the surrounding natural context. Set on a rural plot, the residence engages in dialogue with the uneven topography and celebrates the mountainous landscape in the background.
The Point Grey Residence is located in Vancouver, Canada, designed by Evoke International Design in 2014. This single-family house, situated on a steep lot in the Point Grey neighbourhood, maintains its surrounding wooded landscape with existing features such as large firs and cedars, with views over the Burrard Inlet, downtown Vancouver, and the North Shore Mountains.
Situated in Kayseri, Turkey, Villa DT is a house that embodies the work of designer Hasan Ayata, crafted in 2025. This architectural project emphasizes an emotional connection, guiding design decisions with the core principle that “simplicity is a conscious decision born from complexity.” The spaces flow with large white porcelain tiles, enhanced by natural and artificial light, achieving visual balance with materials, colors, and forms drawn from nature.
