The newly built 17-story building consists of 42 luxury apartments, one of which is a 300 m2 family home. This unique project was created in 2022, and blends the classic style of the Mid-Century with the modernity of a metropolitan skyscraper.
The apartment features modern fixtures and large windows, flooding the interior with natural light and giving it a sophisticated contemporary feel. As part of the design, works of 20th-century and contemporary artists were integrated, creating an immersive and unique atmosphere. Inside, you will find a mix of new, modern antique and custom-made elements, including furniture designed by Arclinea and pieces created by Ettore Sottsass and Cini Boeri.
The project was based on the family’s love for art and design and was created to pay homage to the modernity and history of Milan.

Built for a family of four with a limited budget and basic demands, the Binh Thuan House is an example of practical and mannerless architecture. Constructed during the Covid epidemic, the house is made of common corrugated iron and prefabricated steel frames found within a 1km radius. With an interior design consisting of three-dimensional hollow frames, the owners are able to develop the space to their needs without breaking the original design.
The Binh Thuan House is a true testament to the power of basic design and creativity in the face of resource limitations.
Guochuangyuan 20 is a ferry hall and bespoke store located in Nanjing, China, designed by Fan Architecture Firm in 2022.
It is a stunning example of industrial design, combining two construction structures – a three-layer brick-concrete structure on the east side and a single-layer arrangement structure of reinforced concrete on the west side – to create a unique space. The hall has been exquisitely decorated with Hunter Douglas curtains and an array of western chairs with poles to provide a pure comfort. The facade has been designed with a light-transmissive brick wall and an abutment of the forest to present a lighting texture when the sun is filled.
