Attic GG is an 11th floor apartment in Milan, Italy, designed by Numero [10] architetti in 2023. The Milan property features custom furniture and sleek lighting fixtures by Davide Groppi and Nemo Lighting. Large windows in the living room offer sweeping views of City Life, the Giuseppe Meazza stadium and the Lombardy mountains, complemented by Italian marble throughout. A central living space is surrounded by two bedrooms, a service area and a master suite with a travertine bathroom.

Dduddu House & Ajour Cafe in South Korea, designed by PLS Architects in 2022, combines exposed concrete and white-painted facades. The project integrates a home and a cafe, reflecting the owner’s desire to create a space centered around their child. The unique design reinterprets local planning guidelines to harmonize commercial and residential functions, featuring a layout that balances public and private spaces.

Apartment NM in Lisbon, Portugal, is a contemporary refuge redesigned by architect Nuno Nascimento. Serving as his personal residence, the apartment reflects his lifestyle and architectural vision. Prioritising functionality and natural light, the renovation incorporates an open layout, custom furnishings, and discreet yet elegant materials.

Casa do Sul Embraces Easy-Breezy Aljezur Lifestyle

Set on Portugal’s Costa Vicentina near the town of Aljezur, Casa do Sul is a white block with an L-shaped plan that embraces its setting while opening up to farmlands and the ocean. Distinção and Serra round out the home’s mix of warm woods and natural tan hues. Both names reference an Alentejo word for slope and are characterized by sloping shapes – the furnishings are inspired by the “easy-going beach life of the musicians, surfers, and farmers who call Costa Vicentina home”.
