Villa Baltica is a complex of seven all-season vacation cottages designed by Z3Z Architekci, located in Niechorze, Poland. The 35-square-metre (377-square-foot) residences are shaped like a barn and were designed to sit privately in a dense property on the Western Pomerania region, which has views of the Baltic Sea. The wooden cottages accommodate six people and each have a dedicated garden space.
Inserting the footprint of an old childhood home into a small plot in Bangkok, Thailand, Beautbureau designed a contemporary Thai three-bedroom house with black latticed pavilions. In a modern Athenian apartment building of the 1960s, a diplomat invited Constantine Bouras Studio to design, construct and curate a 110 sq.m apartment in Pangrati, Athens, Greece with the aim to display the timeless atmosphere of the neighborhood. While the owner’s primary focus was bringing up to date the apartment’s infrastructure, the architects aimed to create an aesthetic result that would seem effortless and seamless, as if the shell has never been touched.
The Fluxo Apartment is a 430m² duplex penthouse located in Anália Franco, Brazil. Designed by Tulli Studio, the apartment features art, comfort, and functionality in harmony. The building’s unusual angles and walls inspired fluid, organic solutions that create modern elegance, where wood and color offer personality, complemented by fully restored original marble flooring—a classic addition to the construction.
In a vacation apartment located in Israel, designed by Shlomit Zeldman, a loving family radiates freedom, serenity, and effortless elegance. Covering an area of approximately 250 sq m (about 2,690 sq ft), the apartment combines a fresh, luxurious hotel vibe with a strong sense of home. The colour palette of soft sand tones, natural wood, and precise touches of black and white creates a calm, monochromatic look that enhances the breathtaking views of the property.
