Casa Concordia is a residential building located in Bolzano, Italy, designed by AREA Architetti in 2020. It’s part of an urban regeneration project that replaces a cinema and creates 22 housing units, as well as an underground garage for 40 cars.

The Scandi-Modern Family Home is a striking house located in Montenegro, designed in 2023 by Jelena Pilic Architecture. This thoughtfully designed home captures the essence of Ulcinj’s sandy shores and the lifestyle of a young German couple seeking calm and character. The interior blends Scandinavian simplicity with Mediterranean warmth, featuring natural textures and clean lines that evoke their coastal life and love for beach sports.
Valencia, Spain-based architect Pilar Martí has designed a house that fully restores its facade while recovering a courtyard that had been buried during its 14-year rundown, along with reinserting the building’s steeply pitched Spanish tile roof.
