Strengthened by a robust fireplace, the chalet masterfully balances mountainous views with contemporary understated luxury, creating a relaxing retreat embedded in its lush surroundings.

The Grasshome single-family house, designed by EME157, is located in Collado Mediano, Spain. Collaborating with LUMAN, this experimental home offers an open-plan layout featuring a kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, and mobile modular wardrobes. With a focus on bioclimatic architecture, it ensures thermal comfort and energy efficiency, maximizing natural light while minimizing energy consumption. The design not only respects the natural terrain but also integrates seamlessly with its stunning landscape.

Villa O rests in a natural setting on a spacious lakeside plot in Trakai, Lithuania, designed by YCL studio and completed in 2025. This 237-square-metre (2,550-square-foot) house is defined by a circular volume that integrates semi-enclosed, sunken courtyards, fostering a continuous connection with the outdoors while offering an unconventional, sculptural architectural approach. An open, dynamic living space at the home’s core unites multiple functional areas into a harmonious environment.

Apartment GM (APE GM) is the result of a full renovation signed by us, 3P Studio, in collaboration with the six hands of the family. Yes — designing a home goes far beyond technique or execution. i29 designed the Senior Shelter, a 100 m² (1,076 sq ft) house, in the Netherlands. This single-level abode integrates architecture and interior design into a harmonious space for multigenerational living. This project prioritizes the human scale and comfort, creating a layout that fosters connection with the outdoors while respecting the privacy of its residents.

In the heart of Kraków, Butterfly Studio has designed a bold apartment for a creative couple. Inspired by modern art and movie aesthetics, the 80-square-meter interior incorporates pastel shades, terrazzo tiles and abundant custom details. This intense, functional space is infused with unexpected yet cozy elements, perfectly reflecting the owners’ love for vibrant yet thought-provoking arrangements.

The Luna House, designed by Nommo Arquitetos and located in Curitiba, Brazil, was completed in 2024. Nestled within the untouched Atlantic Forest landscape, the house reflects the light around it, contrasting subtly with the surrounding nature.
