The Dome House project transforms a Victorian home in London, blending historical character with modern minimalism. Designed by Roberto Di Donato Architecture, the design stems from the clients’ desire to create a modern yet calm and meditative environment while preserving the Victorian home’s intrinsic value. The final result is not the product of sudden inspiration but the outcome of a gradual process of interpreting the practical brief alongside the clients’ spiritual aspirations and need for tactile.

Casa R23, a 220 square metre (2,368 square feet) apartment in Milan, Italy, designed by Studio Tenca & Associati exemplifies contemporary elegance. The venue is inspired by Italian glamor and features a sophisticated colour palette, custom mahogany elements, and iconic Cassina furniture, which add to its stylish decor and unique personality. The compact spaces are organized functionally, successfully balancing aesthetics with comfort.

The Como Lakehouse, designed by Gregorio Pecorelli, envelops with intense reflections and juxtaposes the old with the new within its residence in Lago di Como, Italy. The house exercises a delicate design language, intermixing serene hues and local materials within a modern interior design style that draws on historical authenticity while emphasizing the surrounding natural beauty. A small garden marks the entrance to this home, where a large magnolia tree commands attention.

The 98-square-meter apartment in São Paulo, Brazil, underwent a contemporary renovation by FJ55 Arquitetos that balances the preservation of original elements – including an exposed concrete structure with pillars, beams, and raw-finish slabs that revealed the marks of time – with the homeowners’ need for enhanced spatial flow, as the new owners look to invite their shared passions and work-related activities through an integrated design.

In the heart of Paris, nestled among the rooftops of the Bastille neighborhood, Abaco has reworked a duplex “Double” apartment, designed for a young family, and transformed its architecture into a fluid organism where every element contributes to sculpting space and guiding movement. The project operates within a tension between gravity and lightness, between geometric rigor and freedom of movement.

Located in Mira, Italy, [FRA]me is a house designed by 3ndyStudio and finished in 2019. The project is characterized by three conceptual steps: duplication, overlapping, and rotation. These ideas create bright, dynamic interiors linked with the outside. The ground floor has a rectangular shape and is surrounded by a large garden with a swimming pool, and the upper volume, which is rotated and held up, doubles it.

Ravine House is a house in Mississauga, Canada, designed by Orangeink Design in 2023. The program involved the modernization of a 1960’s era bungalow that consisted of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living room, an indoor pool, basement walkout to a ravine and an attached double car garage.

The Perfect Balance is a house located in Sharon Area, Israel, designed in 2025 by Ron Shpigel, Shpigel Architects. The two-story home sits on a 330 sq m (3,552 sq ft) lot and has a total area of 200 sq m (2,153 sq ft). The architect blends sentimental, classic, and urban design styles to create a refined, experience-driven living space for a family of five, balancing individual intimacy with shared togetherness.
