Built in 1979, this condo is one of four in a development designed by prominent Pacific Northwest architect Gordon Walker. Situated in Flagstaff, Arizona, Malapai Tower House is a residence that exists in “harmonious symbiosis” with its surroundings. Designed by The Ranch Mine in 2022, the house has a double-height living space that opens onto a patio with 180-degree views of the surrounding forest populated with mountain lions, black bears, and elk. A nearby three-story lookout tower serves as a sentinel for wildlife sightings and potential forest fires.

Quina Barra de Casa! is a house located in Benicalap, València, Spain. Designed by ENDALT Arquitectes, the new interior design, completed in 2024, incorporates the memories of three generations while adapting to the current owner’s lifestyle. The heart of the home is the kitchen bar, a functional area that facilitates cooking, eating, and working, while a custom light fixture connects the kitchen and living areas through a play of diagonals.
