The design breathes new life into an abandoned cattle slaughterhouse, retaining the building’s original footprint while introducing a dynamic, mixed-use design.

This holiday villa is located in Pudong, Shanghai, China. Designed by Atelier LI and completed in 2023, it’s the type of real estate that showcases Modernity. The proprietor hoped to demolish the old house and to build a new one for the two families when returning from the urban life to the countryside, spending weekends and their holidays with the grandparents.

Villa 95 is located in Sotogrande, Spain, designed by Fran Silvestre Arquitectos and features house real estate. The project is configured through three simple elements that dynamically adapt to the orientation and geometry of the plot, maximizing the relationship between the home and the natural surroundings. Spaces are provided where one can work, exercise, and more, in addition to the belvedere-shaped terrace, an elevated extension of the living area.
