House FLA is a residential project located in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, designed by Frederico Bicalho. The structure, built on a steeply sloping lot, features the use of concrete as both a functional and aesthetic element and embraces modern design principles to create an open and fluid integration with the landscape, ensuring light and ventilation throughout the space.

Casa Pastizal is a house in Machachi, Ecuador, designed by Diez + Muller Arquitectos in 2023. This architecture focuses on a dynamic connection with the surroundings, emphasizing a retreat through living spaces set in the landscape, where sunlight and views change in a delicate balance of the rugged earth and fluid spatial thresholds. The design uses a construction system that adapts to the challenging topography and climate, highlighting the relationship between interior and exterior.

This project involves the transformation of an old caretaker’s lodge in Paris. Located on the ground floor of a building in the 2nd arrondissement, the apartment is designed to serve as a suite for visiting friends and travelers. To maximize light and privacy, a mezzanine was added and a wooden screen surrounds the double-height space. Atelier PA used a limited, cohesive material palette to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the space.

Located in Almaty, Kazakhstan, Aspantau Residence is a house designed by NAAW in 2022. This private residence is a modern layout interwoven with subtle references to Kazakh identity, featuring high ceilings and transparent partitions.
