The Bagel House is a full house renovation in the Glassel Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. Designed by Byben in 2022, this project keeps the overall programmatic organization of the original house, while also updating the design to a contemporary concept. The original driveway will become the yard, which will be accessed through the double doors off the living room.
Set in Palanga, Lithuania, the Open House is a single-family house designed by Devyni Architektai in 2023. Featuring a sculptural design, the abode surprises with an entryway completed with a slit and a closed-off facade. Inside, the house opens up significantly, with a bright and spacious interior where a curved internal wall accommodates the kitchen, fireplace and closet, along with expansive glass doors that lead to the inner courtyard.

Designed in 2024 by Traction Architecture, the apartment features a reconfigured floor plan with sightlines and natural materials that enhance connections to the surrounding water, while finishes complement the shimmering tones of the landscape.
