Uptown Apartment sets a calm, contemporary tone in Vilnius, Lithuania, where designer Marija Orloviene composes a light-filled home from warm materials and measured color. The apartment reads as one continuous living environment, tying together cooking, dining, and relaxing areas through subtle shifts in texture and tone rather than bold contrasts. Every view feels deliberate, yet the rooms stay relaxed enough for everyday city life.
Bronzino Apartment sits in Milan, Italy, overlooking a tree-lined square near Porta Venezia, and was designed by Gabriela Casagrande Arquitetura. The reworked apartment turns 100m² (1,076 sq ft) into two suites and a calm, integrated living core for a binational couple. Natural materials and precise joinery steer the mood while contemporary pieces, including a sculptural armchair by Casagrande, give the rooms a clear identity without breaking the measured pace of the plan.
Designed by the TGA Studio in 2024, the Moscova Fil Rouge project in Milan, Italy, showcases the transformation of a two-bedroom apartment into a flexible three-bedroom, two-bathroom residence. The design prioritizes optimal space utilization, including a unique bathroom layout that separates the master en-suite from a secondary bathroom. The living area features a versatile double-folding glass partition, allowing the space to function as either an open-concept living room or a second bedroom.
