Reviving a historical treasure in Rennes, Project Perrin highlights the impressive renovation of a 160 m² house in Rennes, France. Designed by Juliette Derrien in 2023, this significant undertaking injects new energy into a 1930s construction and comes to fruition through a collaboration with architect Sophie Lambotte.

The project features a total transformation, an extension, and the elevation of a three-level urban dwelling.
