In the Judean Foothills of Israel, designer Nirit Vax has crafted “From Frame to Fabulous: A Warm, Modern Villa” — a 330 sqm (3,550 sq ft) house designed in 2025. The property melds modernity with comfort, featuring high ceilings and open living spaces. The home is complete with three bedrooms, a private pool, and chic communal areas, designed to accommodate the clients’ three young children while incorporating a warm, inviting aesthetic ideal for family life.
The Colmobil Group PDI offices in Ashdod, Israel, designed in 2024 by ReMa Architects, stand as a testament to pioneering workspace design. Architect Marina Rechter-Rubinstein transformed these vast, open-plan office spaces into a refined interior that prioritizes comfort and aesthetic appeal, showcasing unique elements that create a particularly pleasant and effective work environment for employees.
Halel Arch carried out minimal structural changes and maximum attention to detail in the renovation of an apartment in Giv’at Shemu’el, Israel. Designed in 2025, the Living the Dream project was completed for a couple in their 50s and their children, aiming to create an organised and calming living environment. Despite debates about moving, the clients chose to remain in their beloved community after the design team’s upgrade met their needs.
