HUG is a bistro located in Milan, Italy. It was conceived as a cultural space and features the work of Milan-based designer Quinzii Terna Architecture. The bistro’s interior design adapts to a historical building that dates back to the early 20th century and industrial memory remains visible through its punk aesthetic details. The walls feature warm materials that lower noise levels, whilst the flooring is a patchwork of remnants from different periods.
The House Under the Pines is a house designed by Konzola Arhitektura in 2024. The architectural complex consists of two structures integrated into the typology of a neighborhood predominantly composed of family homes with tourist rentals on the western coast of Istria, Croatia.
The design features a recognizable single-pitched roof and smooth façades with a horizontal strip of glazing, set within two functional units respecting the existing greenery of the site.
Spanning 97 square meters (1,044 square feet) of interior space, plus over 40 square meters (430 square feet) of outdoor space across two balconies, OASI is a newly built apartment in Concesio, Italy, designed in 2024 by Flussocreativo Design Studio. Involving early-stage construction of only the pillars and floors, the studio shaped the open-plan spaces based on the owners’ current lifestyles and needs, with an exclusive indoor-outdoor dynamic.

Nestled among the rolling hills, this elegant house opens large windows to the stunning landscape and blurs lines between indoors and nature, creating a transformative experience that evokes living in the clouds. Flawlessly fusing inside and outside areas, the project epitomises a graceful union between home and the great outdoors, connecting occupants with the surrounding natural environment.
In an elegant district overlooking the Insugherata Park along Rome’s Via Cassia, this 220-square-meter apartment has been renovated with the aim of creating a bright, sophisticated and welcoming space. The interiors are dominated by white tones, enriched by black accents that add depth and character to the rooms.
Perched above the captivating “White City” of Ostuni, Villa Solea rises from age-old olive orchards. Crafted by StudioToff, this 180 m² marvel features three interlaced cube shapes finished in smooth lime wash. The building gracefully descends the slope, forming inviting balconies at every elevation. Panoramic windows stretch from floor to ceiling, providing breathtaking perspectives of the Adriatic coastline and effortlessly merging indoor and outdoor environments.
The CFP House is a meticulous renovation project for a two-storey apartment located in Udine, Italy. Designed in 2023 by DAIR Architects, the penthouse features Interiors custom-made by Italian craftsmen, where all furnishings are made to measure, this space integrates smart ventilation and showcases thoughtful lighting design across the interiors.
Located in Pietrasanta, Italy, PTS B is a contemporary penthouse designed by A/B Studio in 2022. The project transformed an old workshop into a comfortable residence that cleverly combines space for family life with a home office. Designed to suit the owner’s requirements, the building is characterised by a minimal-industrial aesthetic, with bronzed details throughout and an array of custom-made furnishings.
