The 300 sq m (3,229 sq ft) apartment with an 80 sq m (861 sq ft) perimeter terrace now orients daily life toward Lake Como’s changing light. Historic character stays in play while a precise new palette, sculptural elements, and calm furnishings anchor the refreshed rooms.
