Water, shadow, and reflection provide a timeless character to the design.
SAOTA designed the Kural Vista house, overlooking the Dubai skyline from the Palm Jumeirah in the United Arab Emirates. The villa, created for developer Alpago Properties, in collaboration with CK Architecture Interiors, features a sophisticated design emphasizing indoor-outdoor integration.
Its structure mimics eroded travertine or coral, reflecting Turkish roots and island location. The natural material palette and open-plan design blur boundaries, enhancing connectivity with expansive outdoor spaces and the surrounding landscape.
