Featuring expansive residences with breathtaking skyline and Central Park views, the property boasts luxurious amenities, including a temperature-controlled wine room, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and an indoor soccer field and basketball court. The building pays homage to the lost art of traditional craftsmanship while maintaining a modern aesthetic and features over 600,000 handmade bricks from master brickworks Petersen Tegl in Denmark.
The proud fleur de lys you see emblazoned throughout this project is synonymous with L’Atelier’s unique and traditional French touch, but when we were approached by the owner of this Manhattan penthouse to design their kitchen, we knew we also wanted to evoke a distinctly New York sensibility.
