Vietnamese studio CTACreative Architects has crafted Nam House in Ho Chi Minh City. Designed in 2024, the specialists used the structure’s brick facade and water feature to evoke bioclimatic design. The residence comprises three volumes of varying sizes. Industrial beams frame the block which is covered with long, thin and soft red clay bricks in a raked process. Additionally, tall bamboo plants cover the courtyard, acting as a screen.

inHouse has completed a streamlined stuccoed home on Mallorca that features cantilevered forms angled to maximize sunlight across different times and seasons of the year and blend into the Balearic woodland setting. Composed of pale volumes with earth-hued accents, the Prefabricated Luxury Villa fits into the Costa de la Calma neighborhood of Calvià, known for its terraced vegetation and narrow roads. The structure was positioned to sit high off the street with panoramic sea views.

The White Rock house by Omar Gandhi Architects takes cues from camouflaged duck blinds and hunting cabins, perching above a steep, rocky incline in Nova Scotia, Canada, surrounded by farmland. The distinctively shaped observation structure features corten steel cladding and provides panoramic views of the Gaspereau River Valley.

Inside, smoked oak panels line the minimal interiors designed for rejuvenation, with carefully placed windows and Belgium linens creating a tranquil, blended relationship with the lush, forested surroundings.
