Crafted by MJARC Architects in 2025, this modular wooden residence embodies a strong commitment to the principles of green architecture. From the outset, the project aimed to minimize its impact on the surrounding landscape. The wooden cladding and green roof ensure both aesthetic integration and ecological support, making Wood House a hallmark of sustainable living.
The Jurumirim House, located in São Paulo, Brazil, was designed by Nitsche Arquitetos. Envisioned as a sprawling, single-story property, the residence features seven distinct volumes. Each section is thoughtfully connected by sheltered pathways and small gardens, creating a unique spatial experience. Monastery House is in Greece, designed by Etsi Architects. Perched high on a mountain, it provides stunning views. The house is a combination of styles, merging traditional and modern aesthetics. Its design reflects the clients’ love for local architecture and addresses their security needs, offering spaces for individual use as well as communal areas, including a meditation space for Buddhist practices. This architectural approach creates a unique identity in its natural environment.

Blok is a rustic lodge in Capitale-Nationale, Quebec, Canada, designed in 2024 by QUINZHEE Architecture. The estate includes a main house, guest house, fitness studio, garden, orchard, and a barn converted into a state-of-the-art recording studio, creating a multifaceted retreat that caters to various aspects of life and artistic pursuits.
