The new Headquarters of Médecins Sans Frontières in Rome are located in a vibrant and dynamic area with a strong cultural and social identity called San Lorenzo, Italy. This project, designed by Roselli Architetti, focuses on sustainability and the bare necessities, keeping LEED requirements in mind in order to reduce the amount of materials to the minimum, integrating workstations and common areas in a strategic way harmoniously and efficiently.

The 99 is a revitalized office located in Tustin, California, designed by FORMM in 2024. The project emphasizes an industrial aesthetic, integrating bespoke elements that celebrate the client’s brand. It features a larger building with open offices, collaboration zones, and pantry spaces, as well as a smaller building with a lobby for external visitors, highlighting double-height volumes and raw materials. The result combines functionality with playful elements, creating a unique work environment.
