A renovated apartment in the early 60s building, designed for a young family, is located in Nidau, Switzerland, in a peaceful neighborhood with a view of the river Zihl canal. Before the design by Beef Architekti, the apartment retained its original, strictly divided floor plan, now organized into three clearly defined zones, interconnected by two unique custom-made carpentry elements that add visual dynamism and airiness to the interior.

Inspired by modern art and movie aesthetics, the 80-square-meter interior incorporates pastel shades, terrazzo tiles and abundant custom details. This intense, functional space is infused with unexpected yet cozy elements, perfectly reflecting the owners’ love for vibrant yet thought-provoking arrangements.

Patch Apartment is located in Pontevedra, Spain. Designed by Nan Arquitectos, the apartment includes three bedrooms, a living/dining/kitchen area, three bathrooms, and a workspace. The project reflects a flowing aesthetic across the space, which includes a collaboration with indirect lighting that is intended to generate relaxed atmospheres and distinct working and living feelings.
