This compact but stylish apartment in Brasília, Brazil, features the work of local studio BLOCO Arquitetos, who focused creativity on light-filled decor utilising reclaimed wood, exposed concrete and modern accessories. The home measures 68 m² (732 sq ft), and the considerable redevelopment included the removal of many of the home’s interior walls and the refitting of the apartment’s entire layout.

House has recently completed Anadu Pine Villa, a refined resort in Huzhou, China, designed in 2023. The boutique resort features three guest suites with panoramic views, complemented by a wine and cigar bar. The minimalist structures, positioned to harmonize with the natural landscape, offer a unique retreat experience, emphasizing local craftsmanship with reclaimed wood furnishings.
