Silverstein Properties’ $35 million capital improvement program has transformed the iconic U.S. Bank Tower in downtown Los Angeles. Designed by the renowned architecture firm Jeffrey Beers International, the modernized office building now features a hospitality-inspired design with a new day-to-night juice and cocktail bar, grab & go market, and elevated tenant amenities on the 54th floor.
