Formerly a retail-focused space, this post-modern building now boasts a dynamic workplace and welcoming public amenities, catering to both tenants and the surrounding community.

The heart of this revitalization lies in the reimagined Cedar Hall atrium, where an open, inviting expanse replaces the cramped confines, creating a vibrant indoor streetscape that seamlessly blends everyday routines with opportunities for exploration, relaxation, and productivity.

Silverstein Properties’ $35 million capital improvement program has transformed the iconic U.S. Bank Tower in downtown Los Angeles. Designed by the renowned architecture firm Jeffrey Beers International, the modernized office building now features a hospitality-inspired design with a new day-to-night juice and cocktail bar, grab & go market, and elevated tenant amenities on the 54th floor.
