The footprint of a 1970s prefab bungalow was used as the basis for a new studio and winter garden—an homage to the owners’ legacy as passionate gardeners.

Meadow House Maasland is a renovation project by Dutch studio JURY!, aiming to enhance an existing dike house in Maasland, Netherlands, into a residence that meets modern living standards in comfort and sustainability. The structure retains the concrete basement while the upper structure is reconstructed, creating an open ground floor organised by one internal volume containing amenities, along with crafted detailing in a characteristically minimal style.
