Mina One is a beautiful brand new propertie, located on a private complex above Glyfadi bay, on the South-western point of Mykonos. A fresh and innovative atmosphere dominates outdoors through the original paving of the terrace and the ingenious concept of the pebble covered infinity swimming pool surface, which also includes a built-in Jacuzzi. The pool terrace also offers options of leisure and relaxation with its large shaded lounge area, simple yet appealing outdoor dining and BBQ area.

Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the Altamira Residence by Marmol Radziner occupies a 20-acre site along the coast of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. The project is a 15,500 square foot complex with a main residence, study, guesthouse, and garage. The design was inspired by the natural topography of the site and the client’s interest in geology. Responding to the untouched feel of the land and the geography in the area, the home’s floor levels cut into the terrain, making the structures appear to be emerging from the earth. The house captures a series of views that encourage the journey through the site.

Bologna-based studio Enrico Iascone Architetti has designed an amazing modern property. Completed in 2009, this two-family concrete building is located in Sassuolo, a town in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy.
