For almost a century, this Green Street high-rise has been the home for many San Francisco luminaries. Though the Architect is unknown, it was the earliest of the mid-to high-rise buildings on northern face of Russian Hill. Built in the 1920s by the Crocker Family, this historic apartment building stands out as an icon on the hill. This interior renovation of a 4,500sf full floor unit provides modern living for a Client with an extensive contemporary art collection as well as home office. The project included modernizing the interiors for the successful display of artwork and updating all existing building systems.
