Two four-bedroom apartments have combined, transforming into a single five-bedroom home. The remodel creates a vast living space and a generous balcony from the adjoining rooms.
Blurring Boundaries: Inside Meets Outside
The living area seamlessly connects to the balcony through large, sliding glass doors. This design choice brings together the indoor comfort and the outdoor openness. The living room’s floor stretches out to the balcony, visually linking the two. The balcony itself is a mix of different areas, each with its own feel, designated by various materials like marble and wood.
Subtle Elegance: A Tailored Material Palette
The home features understated elegance with Venatino and black Marquina marbles, complemented by rich fumed oak veneer. Each room stands out with its own accent material. A copper accent becomes the living room’s focal point, alongside a tranquil water feature. Every bedroom has its own highlight, from unique wallpapers to custom textures. SHROFFLEóN’s bespoke designs—from cupboard handles to light fixtures—add a personal touch to each space.
