Cove House emerges as a new, robust, yet elegant residence in Brisbane’s waterside suburb. An off-form concrete spine leads visitors past timber screens and through landscaped courtyards to the water.
Courtyards carve out public and private spaces, inviting natural light deep into the living areas. The house’s ground level plays with raised and sunken spaces, promoting interaction and contemplation.
Beneath a striking roofline that seems to float, these spaces connect seamlessly, enhancing the house’s concrete and timber structure.
Private Spaces and Independent Access
Two secondary bedrooms offer privacy and independence, accessible via an external courtyard. This design caters to the needs of adult children or guests, providing secluded quarters within the home.
