About House of the Winds
Elegant Living: The L-Shaped Modern Marvel
Set on a regular plot, this residence unfolds over nearly 5,382 square feet in an ‘L’ shape, artfully providing balcony shade and extending the outdoor greenery seamlessly.
Striking Geometry: A Home of Overlapping Spaces
The house showcases a play of planes and volumes, appearing as stacked boxes across two levels. Here, the home divides neatly into social and private sectors, ensuring a harmonious flow.
Refined Details: A Blend of Concrete and Culture
With its conventional reinforced concrete structure, the house stands encased in a grid of steel rebar, enriched by exquisite finishes. Moreover, a water feature welcomes guests, doubling as an elegant foyer.
Furthermore, the interior decor gets a boost from notable Brazilian designers, including Sergio Rodrigues, Oscar Niemeyer, and Jorge Zalszupin, whose works contribute to the home’s distinct allure.
