About Paseo Mallorca 15
Paseo Mallorca: A New Architectural Landmark
Paseo Mallorca, with its tree-lined promenades and Riera views, welcomes a new residential complex set to redefine Palma’s skyline. This landmark combines stunning architecture, sustainability, and energy efficiency with superior materials and design.
The complex’s façade features sliding wooden slat panels, acting as solar filters to create dynamic light effects. Designed to meet Passivhaus standards, it achieves remarkable energy efficiency with a heating and air conditioning demand of just 15 kWh/(m²y) (1.39 kWh/(ft²y)). This innovative approach slashes heating and cooling needs by nearly 90%, significantly cutting energy costs.
Upon entering, a green wall of Spanish cane greets visitors, leading to a tranquil courtyard oasis. This multi-levelled courtyard, with lush vegetation and trees, extends to landscaped terraces and pools on various floors, enhancing the building’s green footprint.
A Blend of Nature and Luxury
The courtyard garden features a soothing waterfall, cooling the space in summer and adding a serene ambiance. This area also illuminates the basement, housing a pool, gym, and spa, creating a vertical green axis for the building.
Residents enjoy a spa area with natural stone finishes, including a heated pool, steam bath, and changing rooms. A gym with large windows overlooks the courtyard garden, offering a picturesque workout setting.
Innovative Facades for Modern Living
The building’s exterior boasts two distinct façades. The sun-facing side, with wooden slats, filters light into the day areas, while a stone façade shields the bedrooms. This design ensures both light modulation and privacy, drawing on Majorcan architectural traditions.
Inside, the use of natural and local materials highlights Mediterranean elegance. Simple yet exquisite finishes like stone doors and bronze pieces define the interiors. The penthouses, with terraces and mini-pools, offer breathtaking Palma views, embodying urban luxury.
