About La Roccia Apartment
Sea Views and Historic Roots
This apartment sits in a special spot, right between the sea and ancient Latomie dei Cappuccini. After a lot of legal work, builders got the okay to build here. This place is not just any land; it has a small, old quarry that’s about 2500 years old. This quarry is so important that it’s even on the city’s maps. Not far away, just 100 meters (328 feet) west, is a big, old stone pit that many artists love.
Living High with History
The apartment is on the top floor. It’s big, with 140 square meters (1507 square feet) of space, and it has a great view of the sea. The people who own it worked with the designer to make something special. They wanted to bring the feel of the old quarries inside. So, they made part of the apartment look like a quarry. They even made furniture that looks like rocks from around here.
Nature Inside
Inside, you’ll see walls with local stone. Some look like white rock powder, and others show off the stone’s natural beauty. The kitchen fits right in with this stone theme. Outside, there are lots of trees and plants in the Latomie of Syracuse. This green view is lovely from the apartment’s big windows. Inside, there’s wooden furniture that matches this natural feel, making the place calm and pretty.atmosphere.
