Complete Transformation of a Tel Aviv Apartment

The complete transformation of an apartment located in a residential building in Tel Aviv, designed for a family of four.

Practical Solutions and Requirements

The brief was essentially optimizing the space and creating good solutions answering every need. The clients, a couple with two children, requested three bedrooms and two comfortable home offices, as they both work from home regularly.

Spacious Living-Dining-Kitchen for Family Gatherings

We planned a spacious living dining kitchen space to suit their needs for family gatherings, including an extendable dining table for when entertaining.

Main Home Office Is Flooded with Natural Light

The main home office is separated by a glass aperture adjacent to the living room and by clear and fluted glass on the other side, achieving continuous views from every angle. It has its own door leading to the balcony and is flooded with natural light, altogether creating a very airy space in this relatively small square metre.

Second Office Is Situated in the Master Bedroom

The second office is situated in the master bedroom, separated from the public area allowing privacy from the rest of the home.

Wide Hallway Contains Storage

We designed the hallway as wide as possible. It contains a large amount of storage and leads, naturally, to the bedrooms and main bathroom but it feels like a space of its own, creating a continuous transition between public and private areas.

Nordic Aesthetics with Desert Influences

The design concept was influenced by the apartment facing the sea and we wanted to express this into the design, while integrating a clean and modern home. Combining Nordic aesthetics with desert influences, the colour palette and materials include a range of whites to shades of sand, earth and terracotta.
