Caribbean Estate: Breezy Bahamian Interiors with Modern Warmth Inside
Caribbean Estate sets a cool, sunlit rhythm for a house in Dunmore Town, Bahamas, where water and palm trees edge every view. L.H. Decor & Design Inc shapes the interiors as a relaxed coastal retreat, tuned to long days and easy gatherings. Wide windows, natural textures, and a restrained palette keep the rooms open to the horizon while still feeling grounded and livable for everyday island life.

Soft daylight pours through tall black-framed windows, washing over pale floors and timber beams as the sea glints beyond the glass. Air moves easily through the long room, carrying a quiet sense of island routine.
Caribbean Estate is a house in Dunmore Town, Bahamas, shaped by L.H. Decor & Design Inc around everyday coastal living and generous interior rhythm. The project leans on a calm palette, natural textures, and precise furniture choices to keep focus on the water and palm trees outside. Rooms stay relaxed yet composed, using contrast and material warmth to tie together dining, cooking, lounging, and sleeping areas across the estate.
Framing Sea And Sky
In the main living hall, exposed timber beams cut across a high white ceiling while black steel-framed doors stack along both sides. Light bounces off soft walls and pale stone flooring, so the deep-toned dining table and console feel grounded without heavy visual weight. One long table anchors the room, ringed with woven-back chairs that echo island craft and keep the silhouette airy. At the far end, seating around a low table turns toward art and water views, giving the hall both direction and balance.
Gathering Around The Kitchen
The kitchen unfolds beside the dining area, connected through a broad arch that keeps the volume open while defining each zone. White cabinetry, slim black window frames, and wood-fronted storage panels create a rhythm of light and dark, with veined countertops adding a cool, durable surface for daily cooking. Twin islands stretch toward the view, one set up for prep with a sink, the other for serving and casual seating, so conversation can slide easily between cooking and eating. Glass pendants drop from the ceiling beams, their clear shades barely interrupting the sightline to palm trees and sea beyond.
Rooms For Rest
Sleeping rooms carry the same restrained coastal vocabulary, using white walls and sandy textiles as a quiet backdrop. One bunk room stacks crisp white frames and built-in drawers along the walls, turning every edge into storage while leaving the center clear for a round woven rug. Cushioned window seats and striped pillows invite afternoon reading, and daylight filters through black-framed glass onto soft wood flooring. In the main bedrooms, wide windows wrap the corners, so waking up means a direct line to palms, water, and changing sky.
Soft Coastal Details
Throughout the house, furnishings lean toward clean lines and tactile comfort rather than decorative flourish. A slender four-poster bed, striped bench, and low lounge chairs keep upholstery light while dark frames trace clear outlines against pale walls. In the bathrooms, wood vanities with marble tops pair with simple sconces and a single dark accent stool, bringing warmth to crisp tile and polished fixtures. Small objects on counters and bedside tables stay discreet, letting woven trays, natural fibers, and the play of daylight handle most of the character.
From morning coffee at the long table to quiet nights by open doors, the interior palette keeps attention on sea air and slow coastal routines. Carefully tuned contrasts, generous windows, and relaxed furniture give Caribbean Estate a steady clarity, allowing the house to absorb shifting light and weather without breaking its calm.
