About Evidence Apartment

Apartamento Evidence, designed by Bohrer Arquitetos, embraces a minimalist warmth and a language that feels steady rather than showy in Maringá.

Designed by Bohrer Arquitetos, the interior project of Apartamento Evidence spans 161 sqm and pursues a quiet, contemplative atmosphere. A neutral color palette, organic forms, and natural elements shape the rooms, while materials, volumes, and textures mediate daily life with restraint.

The layout promotes generous fluidity across the social areas, with subtle transitions between the living room, dining area, kitchen, and balcony. Light wood panels, linear shelving, and built-in cabinetry organize the interior without breaking the visual flow. Furniture deepens that reading: sculptural coffee tables, organically shaped seating, and light volumes create a cohesive and welcoming arrangement.

The chromatic palette relies on sand, light gray, white, and wood, setting a quiet and luminous background that recalls Scandinavian style. Here, though, that reference is warmed by tactile textures, greenery, and objects with Brazilian identity, including handcrafted ceramics and relief artworks with organic lines.

A sense of residential gallery emerges through the way objects are placed. Open niches, sparsely populated shelves, uncluttered surfaces, and indirect lighting all favor pause over excess, giving the apartment a measured, attentive rhythm.

The balcony extends that same compositional discipline, using material continuity and natural light to link inside and out. Organic furniture forms and the presence of plants reinforce the transition, keeping the connection between the two areas fluid and relaxed.

In the bedrooms, soft surfaces meet the geometric presence of a wooden slatted panel that acts as both a visual filter and a spatial organizer. Furnishings and textiles in warm tones lend the intimate rooms a quieter, more tactile character.

By combining contemporary clarity, a timeless formal vocabulary, and careful material choices, Apartamento Evidence reads as a study in balance. Precision and softness sit side by side, giving the interior a calm that feels composed without losing warmth.
