International designer Antonio Citterio has created the resort’s 127 rooms, suites, apartments and villas in an elegant, 21st century contemporary style, taking full advantage of the resort’s
outstanding vistas and providing the absolute feeling of being at one with nature. Design elements have been influenced by the Group’s oriental heritage as well as from local cultural ancestry, with Mandarin Oriental’s exacting attention to detail. All incorporate the Group’s guest-centred technology and entertainment systems and provide the largest accommodation in the area. Each room encompasses its own sun-deck, terrace or balcony, many with private gardens and infinity edged pools.
Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum’s Sea View Rooms and Mediterranean Suites are the most spacious in the Bodrum Peninsula, ranging from 72 to 145 square metres and are flooded with natural light. Most of the rooms feature outside terraces offering with dining area and sunbeds. Assaggio is Trattoria style Italian restaurant serving authentic, heart-warming regional cuisine in a relaxed setting. Japanese restaurant Kurochan offers a contemporary Japanese cuisine in
an impressive setting. JuJu Beach & JuJu Bistro serves delectable Turkish cuisine, providing a one of a kind al fresco dining experience under the olive trees. The all-day dining restaurant, Sofra, serves local and international specialities and is set to provide the most impressive Turkish breakfast in the region.
The Mandarin Cake Shop provides artisan breads, chocolates, incredible pastries and mouthwatering macaroons, while the stylish Blue Beach Club & Bar and Pool Bar & Restaurant serve flavourful snacks, tapas, mezzes and cocktails. Dinner is served in the Veranda Restaurant, which offers traditional Turkish mezzes, charcoal cooked special kebabs and shish kebabs, and traditional Turkish desserts. With its impressive beachside setting Juju Bar is the place to be for relaxed daytime dining, while the evening sees performances from renowned local and international DJs on its spacious and stylish waterfront decks.

Spa and leisure facilities
The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum introduces the Group’s awarding -winning spa concepts with holistic signature treatments, and will feature the most comprehensive range of wellness, beauty and massage programmes within the region. Many specifically developed treatments incorporate the use of natural handmade ingredients from the resort’s own gardens. The riches of Turkey’s centuries-old unique tradition of water therapy is offered in a stunning “hammam”.
Built on a hillside ridge overlooking a lush valley and the Aegean Sea, the spacious spa benefits from a secluded location. The 2,700 sq.m Spa features 12 treatment rooms, including VIP Spa Suite “Orkide” and a Couples’ Spa Suite as well as two outdoor cabanas with expansive terraces set in the cascading Mediterranean landscape.
Further facilities include significant heat and water therapies including hammams with private scrub rooms, an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor vitality pool. Extensive fitness facilities are also on offer, including a dedicated studio where guests can practice Pilates and yoga in private or group sessions.
Skincare products used in the spa treatments are formulated using the highest quality organically grown plants, which are known for their purity, potency and therapeutic qualities. These include Mandarin Oriental’s signature product line developed specifically for the Group by London-based award-wining company Aromatherapy Associates.
Leisure facilities abound on property and are focused around the resort’s expansive stretch of shoreline and two private beaches. The water sports centre offers a wealth of activities from
scuba diving and snorkelling to sailing and fishing, with a variety of wooden jetties available for transfers with zodiac boats. Sports facilities including two tennis courts and a basketball
court, a jogging path circling Paradise Bay, and an array of swimming pools set in the resort’s verdant hillsides. Youngsters enjoy a dedicated Kids Club, featuring a variety of inspired programmes. The 18-hole Vita Park championship golf course is a 30-minute drive from the hotel, and guests are offered a range of lifestyle experiences such as tours by helicopter and aboard a traditional Turkish sailboat called a gulet.
