Revitalizing a Classic: Jaffa Apartment Transformation
A typical Jaffa apartment, nestled in a preserved building, has undergone a dramatic transformation. Initially, the redesign focused on expanding the public area. By demolishing walls, we ushered in natural light from the enormous windows, available throughout the year. Furthermore, we constructed a technical and practical gallery for storage.
Modern Meets Vintage: Integrating Belgium Style Doors
In place of the old walls, we installed Belgium-style glass doors with iron profile divisions. These elegant additions allow tenants to experience the apartment’s full expanse. Seamlessly, the doors integrate the interior, offering a continuous flow throughout the space.
Redesigning for Comfort and Privacy
We completely redesigned all the apartment’s systems. The storage space now combines a variety of materials, enhancing both function and aesthetics. Interestingly, the master suite adopts an innovative approach by being half open to the public area. This design ensures that the most private space remains the children’s room, offering them their own secluded haven.
