Crafting Personal Spaces in Modern Living
In this project, our primary goal was to create personal spaces for each of the four family members. Moreover, we aimed to fashion shared areas like a dining room and a living room for family gatherings. To infuse warmth into the design, we maximized furniture solutions and incorporated plenty of natural wooden textures.
Right at the entrance, a swing-out shoe cabinet made of MDF with enamel welcomes visitors. As you move further, a corridor, blending MDF with ash veneer, guides you to concealed ceiling doors. Through these, one can access each resident’s room.
Maximizing Functionality and Aesthetics
Despite its compact size, the kitchen doesn’t fall short on functionality. Notable features include a solid oak countertop (roughly equivalent to a few inches in thickness), built-in smartphone chargers, Legrabox drawers, and state-of-the-art lift mechanisms with electric drives from Austrian experts, Blum.
Furthermore, to prioritize communal space, we merged the balcony with the living room. Subsequently, we outfitted the area with a sofa, a TV stand, and enriched the ambiance with MDF wall panels, accentuated with inserts of solid ash.
