About LA Cool
Revamping Newport House: A Year-Round Oasis
Our 2015 project, Newport House, underwent a transformation. Clients envisioned an outdoor haven usable year-round. Our response? Introducing “LA Cool” – an outdoor pavilion, lawn, and pool tailored for season-spanning luxury.
Panoramic Views: LA Cool’s Prime Positioning
LA Cool sits majestically above Newport Beach, nestled within Sydney’s stunning Northern Beaches. It captures the breathtaking northern beach views. Moreover, its infinity pool offers the perfect perch for such visual indulgence.
Flexibility at Its Finest: The Pavilion
Adjacent lies LA Cool’s expansive pavilion. It boasts both shaded and open sections, making it adaptable for changing seasons and varying weather conditions. Strategically-positioned skylights punctuate the pavilion’s roof, drenching the cozy living area in natural sunlight.
Amenities Galore: For All Seasons
Equipped with a fireplace, kitchen essentials, and a woodfire pizza oven, we understood our clients’ desire. They didn’t want a summer-only retreat. These amenities ensure year-round dining, entertainment, and relaxation.
Merging Nature and Design: LA Cool’s Artistic Touches
Artful cut-outs adorn LA Cool’s western wall. These allow the evening light to dance across the pavilion, illuminating the living space. This design not only enlarges the space but also fosters a breathable atmosphere, embracing the encompassing Australian landscape.
