Creating Beauty in Design: Trust of Life
A designer’s mission is to bring life satisfaction to residents through their work. ZONETION DESIGN’s luxury houses in Wuhan present a picture of leisurely and comfortable holiday life by the river to their owners. In particular, Waitan Mansion, developed by Wuhan Huafa, overlooks the Fifth Bridge over the Yangtze River, offering its owners both urban prosperity and the river’s surging waters. This unique location is a coveted quality for owners in the shipping industry, making it a top choice for settling down.
Space Becomes Home
The designer noted that a private house is not a model room. To provide a luxury sense, the space must be adjusted properly before any art or furniture is added.
Home: Natural, Pleasing and Elegant
A home represents the simple desire of all family members. The designer renovated the living & dining room, creating a bar counter at the entrance and dining room and tea table at the original living room. The biggest transformation was combining the two rooms to frame the view of the Fifth Bridge over the Yangtze River. The ever-changing river scenery, which shifts with the seasons and light throughout the day, provides a “day class” for owners to view the river.
Echoing Beauty
The large hall contains a living room, study, tea table, dining room and bar counter, creating a connection between family members. Mealtimes offer a view of the bustling city outside the window and amiable warmth inside the window. The master bedroom contains a high-back bed of Savoi, providing a spiritual atmosphere. The bedside lamp with manually carved elephant patterns, a symbol of good luck in both East and West, was created by artist Giles Kafia.
Sailing Dreams and Reality
A large area of green stone creates a flowing water effect, and the transparent bathtub makes the interior look more transparent. The main bathroom is relatively narrow in space, but the designer introduced sailing elements to improve the visual effect. The daughter’s room is layered with different pink materials, highlighting the ultimate craftsmanship. Design plays the role of a guide, allowing people to enjoy a new lifestyle and understand a different philosophy of life in the new house.
