The residence is methodically arranged between two horizontal axes: a sturdy concrete foundation and a cozy wooden canopy. This engaging contrast not only creates a visually appealing design but also elevates the livable spaces, improving the outlooks over the expanses of the golf course.
Flawless Interplay Between Inside and Outside
As one enters the property, a broad terrace beckons, promoting social interactions. The vast transitional areas, comprising a barbecue zone and ample parking, facilitate a smooth movement from exterior to interior spaces.
Upon entering, a spacious communal zone extends a warm welcome. The interior showcases five thoughtfully positioned volumes: the communal zone, master suite, additional bedrooms, game room, and service quarters.
