Perched on the rocky southern coast of Es Cubells, Ibiza, Spain, Villa Infinity is a house designed for a young couple and their family by K-studio in a contemporary style in 2024. The traditional Ibizan finca has undergone numerous transformations to suit its residents’ evolving needs over the years and required a series of updates to embrace a contemporary, grounded lifestyle, appropriate to the balearic locus.

Southwand House is located in Costa Navarino, Greece. Designed by K-studio, this house celebrates local heritage and offers a modern living style. It reflects the region’s architectural history with a contemporary twist, immersing inhabitants in nature while fostering a seamless connection to the outdoors. The residence features modules composed of local stone, arranged to harmonize with the natural surroundings and provide privacy and functionality within a cohesive environment.

The building had long stood suspended in time and space, gradually falling into a state of disrepair—partially occupied, yet steadily losing structural integrity, quality, and a sense of safety. The future resident, then merely a hopeful seeker, had spent years searching for an old construction—central in location, rich in memory, and entirely unique within its urban surroundings.
