The super large composite space features a modern trend model with a sense of ritual in life. The design integrates the function, space and aesthetics of the building and endows the Chinese tradition of “drinking tea” with a brand new connotation.

The architectural details feature advanced intelligent light control and curtain control system, BOSE surround background music, and an ultra-large P2.0 full-color high-definition LED screen, forming an excellent spatial echo.

A new modern apartment in Madrid, Spain, designed by Febrero Studio, has been revealed this year. Located in the Chamberi neighborhood, the FEC Apartment was completely demolished, maintaining only the original structure of concrete pillars. As part of the renovation, Febrero Studio designed a central wooden module to bring order to the area and expand the living area. The wood was used to enhance the volume and the shape of the pavement. Hydraulic tile was kept throughout the house, due to the type and time of construction, giving the apartment unique charm.
