Sixty-Nine is a contemporary maisonette apartment in Žižkov, Prague, Czech Republic. Designed by No Architects, this project was inspired by two paintings, incorporated into the design and given a respectful living space.

Welcome to House H, a traditional style house located in the vibrant city of Ramat HaSharon, Israel. This house was designed by Eran Chehanowitz in 2023 and has undergone a modern makeover.

The exterior features striking black and white striped façade, with smooth black walls contrasting against the white stucco ones. Inside, the house has been redesigned to make the most of the available space, with a mix of traditional and modern furnishings.

This modern townhouse located in Shenzhen, China was once a colonial-style home, but after a renovation by KiKi ARCHi, it has been transformed into a modern functional Breathing House.

The designer focused on three keywords of light, air, and flow to integrate the indoor and outdoor spaces continuously. The exterior of the house has been changed dramatically to create a modern and airy façade, allowing for privacy but also breathability. The interior materials and decoration were chosen to bring a comfortable living experience and the result is a home that brings many changes to the family’s life, providing more suitable places for them to relax.

Immerse yourself in the splendor of Frame House, a contemporary three-story family home located in Singapore, designed by Ming Architects in 2022.

Overlooking a lush park with towering rain trees that reach up to 10-15 metres high, the house boasts direct views from the master bedroom and roof terrace onto the park from its strong rectilinear forms expressed in stone and timber cladding. The light tones of Bulgarian limestone, off-form concrete walls, and brushed oak paneling for the interiors, together with the internal open courtyard and the Caesalpinia tree, create a soothing and calming atmosphere for the occupants.

MP House is an ecologically correct and intelligent brick house located in the residential condominium of Cabreúva, Sao Paulo, Brazil. Designed by Taguá Arquitetura e Design in 2021, it has 350 m² (3800 ft²) of built area and has industrial design style with exposed concrete, steel and wood elements.

The concept of the house was to create an architecture with a brutalist and industrial style, but with ecologically correct materials to make it sustainable and reduce the impact on the environment. With an integration of interior and exterior, this house is perfect for those who want to enjoy the natural beauty of Sao Paulo and at the same time, appreciate modern, contemporary architecture.

Under the Top, a posh residence located in Prague, Czech Republic, underwent a complete renovation with a modernist design style by No Architects this year.

This historicizing style villa was originally built over a century ago and was in need of an upgrade to keep up with the times. The renovation included a complete technical modernisation, a change of layout, and the incorporation of the clients’ individual life experiences and inspirations. The interior now features a direct connection between the kitchen and the garden, two additional rooms and a bathroom, as well as air-water heat pump for hot water and heating, as well as underfloor heating for thermal stability and comfort.

Introducing Atrium House, an impressive two-story home located in the capital of Hungary, Budapest. Tamás Szén Molnár, a renowned designer, created a contemporary masterpiece in 2022 with a combination of light and clean spaces.

The team had to make significant architectural changes to make the building lighter, such as breaking through the ceiling between the two floors to create an imposing atrium in the middle, featuring a custom-made lighting system. In order to accommodate the client’s lifestyle, a room was created on the same floor as the parents’ suite, making it possible for the children to have separate rooms in the future.

Set in Brasília, Brazil, the Couri House is a single-story house designed by ARQBR Arquitetura e Urbanismo in 2019.

Located in a residential condominium, the 713 sq.m plot features a solitary pequi native tree, legally protected and very representative of the Central Brazilian region of the Cerrado. The project conciliates this context with the family’s desire to build a small house with a shaded terrace, whilst obtaining the largest space of green area possible. The strategy adopted was to design the plan in the shape of a ribbon that develops through the plot, adjusting itself to its perimeter and creating voids to create living and leisure patios that promote contact with the gardens and the neighboring green area.
