T’TEA is a modernist architectural project located in Tianjin, China, designed by Tactile Design in 2022.

The super large composite space features a modern trend model with a sense of ritual in life. The design integrates the function, space and aesthetics of the building and endows the Chinese tradition of “drinking tea” with a brand new connotation.

The architectural details feature advanced intelligent light control and curtain control system, BOSE surround background music, and an ultra-large P2.0 full-color high-definition LED screen, forming an excellent spatial echo.

Muzaffarnagar’s Hem House: A Functional Yet Calming Retreat

Hem House, designed by Portal 92 in 2022, is located in the bustling town of Muzaffarnagar, India.

This residential-refurbishment and redevelopment project spans an area of 3400 sqm (3,400 sqm). The façade was cleverly reconfigured to give the two asymmetrical residential structures an illusion of oneness. An imposing portico greets visitors as they approach the Hem House and leads into the central common space. The stone and wooden louver details have been carefully designed to imbibe lightness, warmth and create a sense of organized asymmetry. On the exterior, a horizontal stone volume with plants flowing through it serves as an extended balcony and recreational sit-out area.

This house is a face-lift of its former self, crafted with revived meaning, to cohabitate in harmony.

The 170 sqm (1858.9 sq ft) flat is situated on the 24th and 25th floors and has seven rooms. Highlighted with dark grey and wooden textures, the apartment is equipped with a smart-home system, autonomous central heating system and solar PV and domestic battery storage system.

Exclusive textile architectural elements, custom-made by the Textiel Museum Tilburg in collaboration with textile designer Aleksandra Gaca, offer a palette of soft pastel and natural tones, creating a timeless and elegant atmosphere.

Located in Milan, Italy, the renovation of Bow apartment was an ambitious project by Atelierzero.

The desire was to create a dynamic system of spaces able to adapt to the different needs of its inhabitants. The design features two rounded and polychrome volumes, which are the fulcrum of the house. With a modern and colorful style, the design evokes an Italian 80s atmosphere, updated and avoiding sterile quotations.
