Mopsarchitects designed the Park Residence, a minimalistic apartment in San Diego filled with natural light and opened with glazing on all sides. The layout reflects a family-friendly arrangement, dividing the space into a social zone, private wing, and technical area, ensuring a natural flow between rooms and realizing stunning panoramic views throughout. Finished in 2024, the home creates a balance between aesthetics and functionality.

This 1,800 sq. ft (167 sq.m) two-story loft apartment is nestled within the walls of a former factory now thoughtfully reimagined as a refined residential space rooted in organic modern design. The project, located in Los Angeles, United States, was designed by Mopsarchitects in 2023, embodying eco-friendly architecture that combines practicality with beauty, highlighted by materials like oak wood, brushed travertine, and natural limestone.

This project consisted of the complete renovation of a 1970s apartment located on the seafront, which had remained uninhabited for years and had never been refurbished. Designed by Josep F. Mauri, the intervention sought to balance modernity with Mediterranean essence, using a neutral palette and natural materials. The apartment has been transformed into a contemporary, bright, and functional space—ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.

In the heart of Hyderabad, where a vibrant metropolis effortlessly blends old-world charm with modernity, stands ‘Equinox’, a unique residence that redefines contemporary living. Designed by Studio Nilasha, this high-rise apartment was crafted for a young couple. The home beautifully blends their diverse cultural backgrounds, combining the practicality of urban Indian living with Dutch-inspired aesthetics. The result is a harmonious fusion of clean lines, a neutral palette, and functional design.

In an elegant district overlooking the Insugherata Park along Rome’s Via Cassia, this 220-square-meter apartment has been renovated with the aim of creating a bright, sophisticated and welcoming space. The interiors are dominated by white tones, enriched by black accents that add depth and character to the rooms.

Perched high above the Gulf of Mexico in Longboat Key, FL, Waterclub reimagines a 1980s interior into an airy and serene space that celebrates the ocean’s deep blue and green hues. Designed in 2024 by Traction Architecture, the apartment features a reconfigured floor plan with sightlines and natural materials that enhance connections to the surrounding water, while finishes complement the shimmering tones of the landscape.

In Lisbon, [i]da arquitectos designed Casa do Poço, a house that retains original architectural elements from its 1940s context and emphasises constructive contradictions. The residence, situated in the Encarnação neighbourhood – a small house scheme built as a public initiative to address a housing shortage in the city – features a simplicity celebrated by a preserved façade and a restructured interior that accommodates a courtyard and an outbuilding.

Perched above the captivating “White City” of Ostuni, Villa Solea rises from age-old olive orchards. Crafted by StudioToff, this 180 m² marvel features three interlaced cube shapes finished in smooth lime wash. The building gracefully descends the slope, forming inviting balconies at every elevation. Panoramic windows stretch from floor to ceiling, providing breathtaking perspectives of the Adriatic coastline and effortlessly merging indoor and outdoor environments.
