The living space of the CASA FL apartment in Milano, Italy, results from the design of KICK.OFFICE, who completed the project in 2022. The interior architecture integrates elements from different eras, while respecting the apartment’s original features, providing a unique and thoughtful experience for the occupants and visitors alike.
Set in Ottawa, Canada, the Lakehouse is a house designed by Shean Architects. Designed in 2022, this extraordinary intervention to a Mock Tudor residence elevates natural light while retaining essential privacy. Located in Telchac Puerto, Mexico, the house by Ápiron offers a private coastal retreat. Designed in 2022, it features a stone base supporting a polished concrete volume, maximizing privacy and sea views. The structure integrates local Toh stone and a distinctive “bajareque” lattice. Its 370-square-meter layout includes interactive social spaces on the ground floor and family rooms above, blending grey tones with wood and natural fibers.
In the Szerokie district of Lublin, Poland, SAAN Architekci designed the Szerokie Możliwości Activity Center as a public space that fosters integration and supports local initiatives, meetings, recreational activities, and intergenerational engagement. The space, including a workspace, children’s play corner, kitchenette, and multifunctional zone, serves many different functions depending on users’ needs, featuring a design inspired by local history and landscape with a natural and welcoming atmosphere.

This floating home showcases custom furniture and finishing details by the firm that Søren Hvalsøe Garde founded in 1990, and its design highlights connections to the immediate environment and reflects a passion for houseboats.
Planar House is a house located in Thailand. Designed in 2024 by JI+TA architect, the project features layered planes that filter views while ensuring privacy and maintaining a sense of openness. The architecture allows natural sunlight and breeze to permeate, creating moments of ventilation in a dynamic interior. With a well-orchestrated entry sequence, this single-family villa has a central courtyard flanked by communal spaces that lead towards a split-level upper level housing a master suite and two smaller bedrooms.
The Jurumirim House, located in São Paulo, Brazil, was designed by Nitsche Arquitetos. Envisioned as a sprawling, single-story property, the residence features seven distinct volumes. Each section is thoughtfully connected by sheltered pathways and small gardens, creating a unique spatial experience. Monastery House is in Greece, designed by Etsi Architects. Perched high on a mountain, it provides stunning views. The house is a combination of styles, merging traditional and modern aesthetics. Its design reflects the clients’ love for local architecture and addresses their security needs, offering spaces for individual use as well as communal areas, including a meditation space for Buddhist practices. This architectural approach creates a unique identity in its natural environment.
