Located in one of the most affluent neighbourhoods in Toronto, the Hoggs Hollow, 10° of Separation House is a response to the existing geographical context and nature of the site, as well as the client’s needs for a retirement home. The project employs handmade brick, dark stucco, dark bronze anodized aluminum cladding and large terrazzo tiles, among other materials, to realise the architect’s specific spatial vision and features, including a celebrated 10° angle rotation .
Campo Verde House, located in São Paulo, Brazil, features architecture by Estúdio Bruno Milan. Casa LM is a house located in Eldorado do Sul, Brazil. Designed in 2022 by Studio Arthur Casas, this residence features a materiality that combines wood and concrete, ensuring abundant natural illumination and strong ventilation. Distinct areas within the house are marked by a central staircase and spaces for leisure, games, and sauna are incorporated at the upper level.
Located in Mexico, Casa Eclipse is a house designed in 2025 by Zozaya Arquitectos that embraces contemporary architecture, interweaving vernacular elements and materials for a connection with its coastal location. Its main volume unfolds on two levels around a helical staircase, which uniquely regulates light with a radial dome, facilitating a seamless integration between the residence’s interiors and exteriors that accentuates its relationship with the ocean.
La Bonbonniere Parisienne, designed by Ania Brault in 2024, is an apartment renovation in Paris, France. The space is characterised by pink tones and a fluid layout, inspired in part by the character Pink Panther. The design incorporates features like a large, light-filled central volume and a mezzanine that serves multiple functions, including a wardrobe and a lounge area.
